Our passion for climbing mountains extends across regions and boundaries encompassing the Indian Himalayas, as well as iconic summits such as Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mt. Blanc in France and Mt. Elbrus in Russia. We endeavor to instill in each one of our clients, the confidence to not just dream about these incredible destinations, but to join us in exploring them. Using our experience, we have been able to branch into diverse fields such as Development Programs (OMDP) with corporate companies and in “Experiential Learning Programs” with Schools, colleges and other educational institutions. We focus on taking Adventure sports to a completely new level by combing it with “Life Skills”' such as Leadership Communication Skills Development as well as enhancing better interpersonal skills. OUR QUALIFICATIONS The difference between an Outdoor Adventure and a disaster is the aspect of Safety which we take extremely seriously. With an impeccable safety record, we spare no chances in terms of ensuring that all safety precautions are taken. The Adventure Pulse Team is led by Founder Directors, Sauraj Jhingan & Samir Patham. Since its inception, Adventure-Pulse has built up an excellent reputation, especially in this specialized domain. The attributes of the team are as follows: Certified mountaineers from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering & The Western Himalaya Mountaineering Institute, Manali, that are Government Certified & run institutes. Qualified lifeguards, certified in First Aid & Life Saving techniques from Rashtriya Life Saving Society (RLSS) Lead by Directors with a qualified Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGD in PM&HRM) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS). OUR COMPETENCE High Altitude Mountaineering: Planning & Organizing, Expedition, and Treks to the Greater Himalayas (5000 + meters above sea level), both in India and Nepal, including the summit of Mt. Everest. Outdoor Management Development Programs (OMDP): A One to Three Day Adventure Capsule that exposes participants to various Adventure Activities, followed by an analysis of the Interpersonal team dynamics, the inhibitions, the fears, and the basic/natural emotions and reactions, experienced. A correlation of these traits is discussed and then reapplied when dealing with everyday work case scenarios. Youth Adventure Camps: Camps for Children both in the Himalayas as well as in the Sahyadri‟s. Will include activities like Trekking, Tent Pitching, Bush Craft, River Crossing, Flying Fox, etc. Adventure Life Skills Programs: A 15-hour Module of Theory and Practical Sessions conducted for Students in association with Schools as part of their academic curriculum providing students an overview of various kinds of Adventure Sports as well as exposure to Tent Pitching and Essential Survival Skills.
